Whether you have questions regarding getting started or complex specialist topics, our experts will focus on providing the support you need.

How does it work?

You will need a QGIS support contract to use our helpdesk. This contract can be concluded easily and has no minimum term.

As one of our customers, you simply describe your problem to us either by telephone, e-mail or using the contact form. We will identify the problem and one of our experts will contact you as soon as possible.

Who will help me?

WhereGroup is part of the QGIS community. We use QGIS intensely in our daily work and are therefore in a position to implement professional GIS projects for our customers.

Upon receiving your enquiry, we will forward it to the appropriate WhereGroup QGIS expert. Depending on the question, this may be a software developer or GIS consultant.
